TAXREX processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself.

Our website and/or service does not have the intention to collect data on website visitors below the age of 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. To be sure that the request for inspection was made by yourself, we ask you to send a copy of your ID along with the request. In this copy make your passport photo, MRZ (Machine Readable Zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of your passport), passport number and Social Security number (BSN) black, for the protection of your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but at least within four weeks.
